The need for Un-Conditional approach in Forensic Investigation for effective administration of Justice

Forensic Science is the science which is effectively used in Legal Process. However, the Forensic Experts usually face a lot of operational challenges in the examination. This includes the written request which are made by the person / authority submitting the samples for examination. But, the aspects requested shall be proportionate to the knowledge of such requestor. As a matter of fact, the evidence may have different aspects and which can prove a lot of other facts. Due to such written request limitation, the question arises if the forensic experts should only examine as per the written request or a Forensic Expert should report on other findings too.
This paper covers on such attempts to report the other facts as observed during the examination and the outcome of such results and the manner in which the entire investigation / Decision was reversed.
