Case Report

A female of 92 years Old was diagnosed of malignant Hypernefroma in 2008 .She was treated by nefrectomy with no evidence of metastasis .She was asymptomatic utill July 2018 when she began to present exquisite back pain and funcional disability to stand up. Computed tomography shows fracture of the T 12 , L1, L2 ,bone treated wiith successful vertebroplasty . Biopsy of the sur­gical specimen showed metastasis from epithelial tumor On 13 february of 2020 was brougth to the hospital after suffering drop their own feet presenting inability to move left leg ,an open wound surface of 7 cm on her left elbown that was sutured , much pain and deforma­tion in her shoulder , wrist and lower limb left .Her personal history includes hypertension after nefrectomy , controlled with Losartan 50 mgr once a day and am­lodipine 5 mgr daily Left eye amaurosis due to advanced myopia . Successful phachectomy in wrigth eye at 82 years old . Surgical treatment of bladder prolapse in 1985 . She has 3 sons ,one suffered of rheumatoid arthritis 2 of 3 sisters was die of goldblader and uterine cancer A brother had suffered CVA by poliglobulia
